George BrianPRESTONPassed away peacefully on 15th December 2024, at Queens Hospital Burton, aged 97 years.

Much loved and dearly missed by wife Margaret. Special dad to Garry and Janet. Cherished grandad to Clare and Stuart. Treasured great-grandad to Ella, Rhys, Libby. Lexie and Maci. George will be dearly missed by all his friends and family.

Funeral Tuesday 14th January 2025, service 2.15pm at Bretby Crematorium, in the Cedar Room. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of George will benefit Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity.

Sincere condolences to Margaret, Garry, Janet and family. As a long time friend of Garry, I have known George for many years and unexpectedly got in on his retirement party at the Wyggy some 30 years ago. A sad loss to those who knew him Bev Walker
